OF RESEARCH STUDENTSHIP
Applications are invited for temporary positions of Research Students @ Rs.11000/- (fixed) p.m. under the ARI Projects CHEM-7, CHEM-8 & MYC-01, being operated in Chemistry/Mycology Group as detailed below: -
[A] Research
Student under Project CHEM-7 `Study of semiochemicals
for mealy bug control’ (period up to March 2009) & Project CHEM-8 `Chemical Examination of Honey bee propolis’ (period up to March 2010) Qualifications: Essential: 1st
class M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry. Desirable:
for CHEM-7:experience
in Natural product chemistry, for CHEM-8:Research
experience in organich chemistry.[Code:RS-CHEM-7/8].
[B] Research
Studentship under Lichen Project
MYC-01. Qualifications: Essential:
1st class M.Sc. with
Biotechnology/Biochemistry. Desirable:Knowledge of culturing
fungi/ algae/ bacteria and standardization of enzyme assays. [Code: RS-MYC-01].
