Tenders are invited separately from reputed & registered Contractors for
providing i) Housekeeping services, ii) About 30
numbers of labours on daily/ monthly basis iii)
Security staff & iv) Light Motor Vehicles( Taxies on hire basis) for a
period of one year. Interested contractors , who fulfill all legal
requirements to provide such services on contract basis may collect blank
tender forms during working hours on payment of a non refundable tender fee
of Rs.500/-for each contract separately from Account Section or download from
Institute web site www.aripune.org along
with D.D in favor of Director, Agharkar Research
Institute & drop their bids( technical &
commercial bids separately in the sealed envelopes for each contract
separately) in the tender box available in the Administration Section by
6/2/2012 (1730hrs) Technical bids will be opened on 7/2/2012 at 1100 hrs in
the committee room in the presence of representatives of the interested
contractors who may like to witness the tender opening. Institute reserves the right to accept or
reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason. |
