WALK-IN-INTERVIEW

 

            Applications are invited for temporary positions of Research Student one each under the ARI Projects (GEN-11) `Development of high yielding sesame hybrids and varieties’  (period of one year) and Junior Research Fellow/Research Student (BOT-14) `Pharmacognostic authentication of Crude drugs’ (period 1 year).  Stipend JRF- Rs.8000/- + HRA, for Research Student Rs.7000/- (fixed). Age limit: 28 years, relaxable by 5/3 years in case of SC, ST/OBC candidate.

 

Qualifications: for GEN-11 Essential (1) 1st Class M.Sc. (Agri) with specialization in Genetics & Plant Breeding/ M.Sc. Botany with Cytogenetics. Desirable: 1 year experience.  For BOT-14 Essential (1) 1st class M.Sc. in Botany/ Pharmacognosy/ Taxonomy & (2) clearance of JRF exam. of CSIR-UGC/NET/GATE above 90 percentile.  Desirable : Experience in Pharmacognostic studies of plant materials.
