    (a) for Junior Research

          Fellow

Essential: (1) 1st class M.Sc. in Microbiology/ Biotechnology with B.Sc. in Microbiology &

(2) CSIR-UGC JRF clearance.

Desirable: working experience in microbial fermentation/ anaerobic microbiology and microbial metabolism.

    (b) for Senior Research

          Fellow

Essential: (1) 1st class M.Sc. in Microbiology/ Biotechnology with B.Sc. in Microbiology (2) 2 years research experience

Desirable: working experience in microbial fermentation/ anaerobic microbiology and microbial metabolism.

6.Monthly stipend

JRF-Rs.16000/- + HRA, SRF-Rs.18000/- + HRA

7.Age limit

JRF-28 years & SRF-30 years, relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST/OBC/female candidates

In case of non-availability of qualified SRF, candidates having B.Sc. & M.Sc. (as above) with clearance of CSIR-UGC JRF may be considered for Junior Research Fellowship on monthly stipend of Rs.16000/- (fixed) + HRA OR candidates without clearance of CSIR-UGC JRF as Research Student on a monthly stipend of Rs.11000/- (fixed).                                                                                   [Code: SRF-JRF/SP/199]
