following positions being filled in through walk-in-interview, on 29.09.2008 at
(1) Research Student for
Geology Group under ARI Project (i)
`Forminifera from the Savitri Esturay and its impact on the sea level
fluctuations, west coast’ (GEO-13 period up to March 2010). Qualifications: Essential: (i) 1st class M.Sc. in Geology & (ii)
B.Sc. with Zoology as one of the subject. [Code:

(2) Senior or Junior Research
Fellow in Palaeobiology Group under
CSIR Project `Ichnologic events in the palaeogene formations of Kachchh,
In case of nonavailability of
qualified SRF/JRF, the position may be filled at lower grade of `Research
Student’ with 1st class M.Sc. as above, on fixed monthly stipend @
Rs.11000/-.
Age limit: SRF-30 yrs, JRF/Research Student 28
years. Last date for receipt of application is 25.09.2008.
